Lake Wylie Lutheran Church
Community Cafe at Lake Wylie  opened on July 27, 2012 and meets each Friday from 11:30-2:00pm in the Fellowship Hall. The meal is free and it is for ANYONE who wants to enjoy a delicious, hot lunch! Contributions are welcomed. Please pass along this invitation to any of your neighbors who might need a time of fellowship or a hot meal.

Operation Warm provides warmth, confidence and hope to children in need through the gift of brand new winter coats. 

The Christmas Giving Tree  is an annual partnering with the Fort Mill Care Center to provide Christmas gifts for children in the community whose families are experiencing hard times.

Habitat for Humanity Builds allows church members to participate in building projects in York County to make the dream of home ownership a reality for deserving families.

Fort Mill Care Center meets peoples’ immediate needs for food and supplies in the Fort Mill area. Collection containers are located outside the Fellowship Hall doors. Monthly needed items are published in the newsletter.

Family Promise hosts homeless families in area churches providing meals, shelter and transportation to jobs. Church members assist with these services.

Council on Aging for York County provides an opportunity for church members to help with the ‘meals on wheels’ program and other services to are senior citizens.

Mission trips are conducted throughout the year. Some to Guatemala to build widow’s houses and others to sites within the US to help with cleanup after natural disasters.

Narcotics Anonymous meet every Monday evening at 7:00pm.

Alcoholics Anonymous meets every Thursday evening at 6:30pm.
